Presentation Synopsis
On February 27, 2020, the project at Eastern Wharf in Savannah suffered a fire, which quickly engulfed the several floors of wood-framed residences that were being constructed over two levels of cast-in-place concrete parking deck structure. This presentation covers the procedure to investigate damage to the concrete structure and then repair it so the contractor could rebuild the wood framed residences on top.
