Alex Katz, PE
This case study involves the restoration of a precast parking structure subject to a 65-vehicle fire to its pre-fire conditions. Alex will discuss the basics of assessing fire-damaged concrete and the unique challenges faced by the project team to repair the damaged structural elements in-place during construction.
