Bio

Jeff Malpass is a licensed Professional Engineer & General Contractor and has been involved in different aspects of the construction industry throughout his career. For the last 20 years he has been concentrating on the concrete repair and restoration landscape, working with concrete, repair mortars, epoxy and polyurethane injection, FRP (carbon, glass) strengthening, post-tension repairs (Level 2 Certified), shotcrete, waterproofing, and cathodic protection. Jeff, as Valcourt’s Director of Technical Services is a firm believer that technician training is the key to successful repairs and that safety is always job #1. A safe work environment opens the way for the workers to excel.
